Lubricating
oil pumps should be inspected after 16,000 running hours.
At the time of inspection all parts are completely dismantled,
cleaned, calibrated & checked for wear. Parts showing
non confirmity with the standards/specifications are rejected.
All parts are then assembled. Thereafter we perform a test
run at various speed ranges to ensure that the oil pump
performance complies with the standards.
For
oil pumps used to lubricate LA 70 & TA 07 bearings,
special digital equipment is utilised to check the performance. |
